Moffitt Cancer Center Names Stacia Parker Executive Director of Industry Partnerships for Speros
Parker brings nearly two decades of experience in radiopharmaceutical commercialization and strategic business development, advancing Speros’ vision to build a world-class life sciences and innovation ecosystem
TAMPA, FL (July 17, 2026) — Moffitt Cancer Center and Speros, Florida’s leading convergent campus creating proximity between patients, researchers and next-generation cancer therapies, announced today that Stacia Parker has joined the organization as Executive Director of Industry Partnerships.

In this role, Parker will lead industry engagement and economic development efforts for Speros, building partnerships with life sciences companies, with a focus on biotechnology and radiopharmaceuticals. These efforts will help establish the campus as a world-class innovation district dedicated to the discovery, development and deployment of next-generation cancer therapies.
“Stacia’s nearly two decades of experience in nuclear medicine, radiopharmaceutical commercialization and strategic business development make her uniquely qualified to help build the ecosystem that will power Speros and Moffitt’s radiopharmaceutical strategy,” said Josh Carpenter, president of Speros and chief integration officer for Moffitt Cancer Center. “Her extensive industry relationships and proven track record of creating strategic partnerships will be instrumental in bringing together researchers, manufacturers and health care leaders to advance cancer care in Tampa Bay.”
Parker recently worked as senior director of sales and business development for NUSANO Inc., where she secured long-term partnerships across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, contract development and manufacturing organizations (CDMOs) and academic sectors. She played a key role in developing commercialization pathways for advanced radioisotope technologies and strengthening isotope supply chains that support next-generation radiopharmaceuticals. As a Tampa native and lifelong resident, Parker is deeply passionate about the region’s growth and committed to positioning the area as a global hub for life sciences innovation and cancer research.
Prior to NUSANO, Parker served as U.S. Business Development Manager for Eczacıbaşı-Monrol Nuclear Products, where she established the company’s presence in the United States and led negotiations for major radiopharmaceutical and CDMO partnerships. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at West Coast Nuclear Pharmacy and Bracco Diagnostics, leading growth across Florida, building key customer relationships and expanding access to innovative diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine technologies.
Parker earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Leadership Studies and Public Health from the University of South Florida. At Speros, she will focus on building a collaborative ecosystem that connects radioisotope production partners, academic research institutions, radiopharmacies, CDMOs, pharmaceutical and emerging biotechnology companies and other industry stakeholders to accelerate scientific discovery, advanced manufacturing and clinical innovation.
